Echire AOC is a salted cow's milk butter bar from France. It is a famed artisanal French butter, made from the milk of cows of the small village of Poitiers and La Rochelle. This bar of Echire salted butter has a light texture, it is lightly salted, and has a subtle, divine flavor. Known as one of the best butters in France, Echire butter is served in the finest dining establishments (which is why the French covet this butter and keep 85% of the production within France). Cooking | It’s usually best not to cook truffles, as a little heat will release their aroma, but a lot of heat will destroy it. For best results, freshly grated or sliced truffles should be applied over a just-served, still-hot dish. |
