Camembert du Bocage is a soft, cow's milk cheese from Normandy, France. Camembert du Bocage is hand-picked for its a fabulously creamy and buttery texture that turns decadently gooey as it matures. It has typical Camembert characteristics such as white rind and creamy yellow pate.
The taste tends to be a little salty sometimes, as this version of Camembert is stronger than what you would expect from a typical Camembert. It is best paired with Champagne, Prosecco, or a fruity red wine. Each unit is 8.8 oz (250 g) and comes in an individual wooden box. Serve simply with a fresh country white or peasant bread
