Foie gras mousse can be served inside and outside the packaged terrine. It can also be softened and sprayed if desired. All ready-to-eat foie gras are extremely versatile. Sprinkle with toasted brioche and salt flakes and serve with baguettes with fig jam or slices of crispy apples. Use small pieces to thicken the bread sauce, or add plenty of slices to the hot steak to make a delicious treat. Late harvest wines like Sauternes, Tawny Port, or Jurançon go well.
