This artisanal salchichon sausage is made from the Iberico pig of Spain. A unique product of singular juiciness and delicate flavor, seasoned with nutmeg, black and white pepper. Similar to chorizo, but pimentón is used here. This salchichon is cured for 1 month using artisanal methods.

In 1956, in the medieval village of La Alberca (Salamanca), Fermín, a small family business was born. For more than 60 years, Fermín has been producing the highest quality lbérico products in the world. Located in the Sierra de Francia, at over 1000 meters of elevation in the heart of a National Park declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, this small village has the perfect microclimate for ham products to dry and age naturally.
