Truffled Pig Dry Salami is a simple yet divine creation. The combination of Berkshire pork and black summer truffles imported from italy make this salami rich in aroma the flavor. The earthiness of black truffle is intense but not overpowering. You can smell the truffle as soon as you cut into the salami. Truffled Pig is handcrafted using old recipe from the Piedmont region of Northern italy. Premium cuts of all natural whole muscle Bershire pork are coarsely ground and generously spices sea salt, coarse black pepper and truffle. The salami is cured and dried for several weeks until a perfect balance of bite and truffle flavor is achieved.
