They hand select the most delicate and tender squids prior to cleaning and packing them in their own ink to preserve their delicious taste. The ink amplifies their taste with the interesting texture and flavor it provides. The ink helps maintain their freshness, with no preservatives or additives needed. They are stuffed with their own tentacles. This squid is ideal for any dish, add to your salad or pasta, or sautee in a pan with olive oil from the tin. Serve at room temperature, refrigerate after opening.
