Beluga Hybrid di Venezia Caviar (Huso huso x Acipenser baerii) is created by crossing the Beluga and Siberian sturgeons. A small and beautiful farm in Northern Italy raises the sturgeons in crystal clear water, which gives the caviar its delicate flavor. The grain of the Beluga di Venezia is relatively large with a typical Beluga coloring of steel, gray, and black. This caviar’s high quality is characterized by its unique creamy texture and mild flavoring. It is the perfect mix between the bold nuttiness of traditional Beluga with hints of Siberian sturgeon’s earthy tones. This caviar can either be enjoyed as a topping to any dish or alone with a mother of pearl spoon. It will add luxury and convert any meal into a fine dining experience.
