Marky's Osetra Karat Amber caviar is one of the best types of Malossol caviar nature and humans can make together. This caviar was produced by one of the most famous and oldest Osetra fisheries in the world — Caviar Galilee Farm, Israel.

The ancestors of their modern fish stock were imported from the Caspian Sea, and their offspring have been raised in even better conditions than their relatives in their natural habitat. The Osetra sturgeons live in pure drinking-grade water from the melting snow of Mount Hermon, at the source of the River Jordan.

The fish ponds are continuously aerated, allowing the fish to produce the best caviar. This caviar's firm beads are medium large and of a golden olive to light brown color. They burst in the mouth with a deliciously nutty, rich flavor.
