MARKY'S HAWAIIAN PINK SALT

Originating on Molokai Island and closely related to Alaea salt, our Hawaiian pink salt also derives from an expert mixture of red Alaea volcanic clay and all-natural sea salt, albeit in ratios that result in its signature hue. Rich in iron oxide and trace minerals, this salt has a slightly earthy flavor that pairs well with salads, shellfish, pasta, and vegetable dishes.
