Our high quality artichokes are carefully chosen, calibrated and combined with sunflower seed oil, white wine and delicious herbs.
The homemade aspect of the artichokes is enhanced by the golden colour of the oil and by the dots of the mixed herbs.
It is a versatile product, available throughout all year and it is ideal for starters and refined side dish for meats, cured meats or bresaola with parmesan cheese shavings.
