Smoked Salmon with Crème Fraiche and Lemon

 

Ingredients: 

4 Slices of Sour Dough Bread
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz Capers

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place sourdough slices in the oven for 4 mins or until crispy.
  3. Serve sourdough with crème fraiche, lemon, and salmon roe.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over salmon to finish and taste.
