- 1 cup (150g) plain sifted flour

- 180ml of milk 

- 1 beaten egg

- ¾ cup (180g) crème fraîche

- 2 tbsp horseradish cream

- 1 tbsp chopped dill

- 1 lemon, sliced into wedges

- 20 g of butter

- 1/3 cup white vinegar

- 4 eggs
