All you need is the following ingridients:

  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese,
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh thyme.

Directions:

Heat the oven 300-400 F. Mix cheese and thyme in a bowl. You can also add black pepper. Put heaped tablespoons of the mix onto the tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the circles get slightly browned. Cool the crisps to let them get firmer and crunchier. Voilà, they are ready to be served! Bon appetite.
