What could be more appetizing then pink-orange flesh of Imperial salmon?
Of course, a salad of smoked salmon! After all, this fish is well suited with herbs, lemon sauce and cheese.

Ingredients at 4 servings
Smoked Salmon 300g
Soft cheese 150g
Dill 50g
Pasta 150 g
Sour cream 30 g
Low-fat natural yoghurt 30g
Lemons 1 piece
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Preparation time 30 minutes
Step 1
Slice the fillet of smoked salmon. Divide soft cheese into small pieces. Finely chop the dill.
Step 2
Cook the pasta until al dente state in salted water.
Step 3
To prepare the sauce, mix sour cream with yogurt in a ratio of 1 to 1. Add the lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix with dill, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients and season the salad.
