Preparation Method:

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the bacon and fry for 3 to 4 minutes until crispy. Add the prawns, seasoned with salt, and fry for 1 minute on each side. Pour in the lemon juice and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Serve the prawns with the fig with vinegar reduction and port wine and lemon zest. Serve with watercress salad, seasoned to taste.
