This semi-hard, straw-colored cheddar cheese is firm but crumbly. It has a nutty, savory, buttery, slightly smoky, and earthy finish and more round taste than most aged cheddars. Bandage Wrapped Cheddar is made from raw cow’s milk, hand crafted into wheels and aged a minimum of 18 months. Cut cheese, up to 15.5 lb.
