While we have tried our best to ensure the migration process is as seamless as possible, there’s a slight chance that our existing customers might face some minor inconveniences. Order related history from the old website won’t be migrated, but any in-progress, unfulfilled orders you may have placed before 9 PM EST 06/21/2022 will be delivered to you as expected and on time. In case of any cancellations/returns/exchanges that are still in process, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@markys.com.
In case of any queries regarding active promotions that you may have had access to before 9 PM EST 06/21/2022 and hadn’t used, you can reach out to our customer service team. If you have purchased a gift card before 9 PM EST 06/21/2022, unfortunately, the gift card code can’t be redeemed on our new website.
