Kaluga Imperial Gold caviar is a decadent, yet versatile delicacy. It can either be enjoyed in a traditional caviar setting or with a mother of pearl spoon served directly from the tin.
FEATURES
Kaluga Imperial Gold caviar comes from the Kaluga sturgeon (Huso dauricus). Also known as the "river Beluga," it's a close relative of the Caspian Sea sturgeons but inhabits the Amur River basin. These sought-after pearls range in hue from vibrant golds to deep chocolate browns, and are large in size and firm in texture. This caviar is highly desired for its unique taste with a mellow and rich, buttery flavor.
