We hope you are doing well during these unique times. Unfortunately, UPS and FedEx experienced substantial disruptions yesterday, February 2nd, at their main hubs in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana due to unforeseen bad weather and storms. This extreme weather conditions are causing and will continue to cause shipping delays this week. We are working carefully with both FedEx and UPS to make sure packages arrive as soon as possible and that your Marky’s Caviar order spends a minimum time in transit. But some customers receiving may still be particularly susceptible to delays and cancellations.

If you are expecting a package that was shipped on February 2nd, there may be delays in receiving it. Please, also anticipate potential delays this week but rest assured that your products are securely packed to maintain maximum freshness over longer transit times. If your order ships out later than expected, this likely is because we anticipated a delay and wanted to ensure that your package spends no more than 24 to 48 hours in transit.

Due to these storms, Marky’s will also be shipping all overnight deliveries that were supposed to be sent out on February 3rd and 4th, on next Monday, February 7th, if the weather improves. Our priority here is our customers and we only want to deliver you the freshest and best product, so we are not going to take chances during this bad weather.
