(1) Promo Code Terms: Codes are non-transferable and single-use only. Marky's and Cointreau are not responsible to
replace lost, stolen, or misused codes. Codes must be redeemed by midnight on December 31, 2024. By entering a code and
completing the checkout process, you are redeeming only the Caviar and accompaniments delivery from Marky's.
(2) Delivery Information: Orders can only be shipped to U.S. addresses, and they will begin shipping on November 18, 2024, exclusively
via overnight shipping with no signature required at delivery. Delivery takes 1-2 business days, depending on the order time and your location.
Addresses outside the contiguous US may experience delivery delays. See the table below for estimated delivery dates, and note that we cannot
deliver orders on Thurs Nov 28, Fri Nov 29, Wed Dec 25, Thurs Dec 26, Wed Jan 1, or Thurs Jan 2:

(3) Return Policy: Cancellations and returns are only accepted if Marky's or our shipping carrier is at fault
for a problem with the order, such as missing or damaged items. All Caviar and accompaniments ship without signature
requirement for delivery, so you assume full responsibility for any loss or spoilage if no one is available to
refrigerate perishable items upon arrival.
