Kaluga Fusion Amber caviar is a farm-raised hybrid of the Kaluga (Huso dauricus) and Amur (Acipenser schrenckii) sturgeons. Kaluga Caviar, also known as River Beluga Caviar, was originally processed by Caspian Salt Masters. In order to achieve the highest quality of product, Marky's involves Caspian professionals to ensure the finest possible salt content. The result is a caviar with very firm, large pearls and a glossy, dark amber pearl coloring. Its taste is mellow, rich, and buttery, making it just as smooth and similar in flavor as Caspian Beluga Caviar.
Upon request, we can pasteurize your caviar before it is shipped at no extra cost, but only for the 1 oz (28 g), 2 oz (56 g), and 4 oz (113 g) options in glass jars. Please contact our customer service at support@markys.com if you’d like to arrange for your caviar to be pasteurized.
