Tripack Anchovies, Olives, & White Anchovies

This tripack of anchovies, olives, and white anchovies allows you to enjoy a wide variety of appetizer combinations. The white anchovies are cured in olive oil, providing a smooth, supple taste and a wonderfully light texture which does not lose its flavor to the olive oil. The boquerones are cured in vinegar and provide a more interesting, tangy taste. These anchovies come ready to eat and can be used in salads or entrees, or served as an appetizer or side dish with the accompanying olives. Boquerones are traditionally served as an appetizer in Spain and served with an alcoholic drink-like beer or vermouth. Potato chips, olives, and piquillo peppers usually pair well with them. Keep refrigerated between 32º F and 46º F, serve at room temperature.
