Marky's Sterlet caviar comes from Sterlet sturgeons (Acipenser ruthenus) farmed by Sturgeon Aquafarms, an American aquaculture company founded in 2001. Sterlet is the smallest species in the sturgeon family and yields small eggs, but this doesn't affect the taste of its caviar.
This farmed caviar can be compared to Sevruga's in flavor and appearance, but it has a more noble appearance. Its taste is much brighter and richer, the flavor is earthy with light nuttiness, and the Malossol preparation only emphasizes this.
Marky's Sterlet caviar is an excellent deal for connoisseurs because of its superb quality and taste at an affordable price.
Upon request, we can pasteurize your caviar before it is shipped at no extra cost, but only for the 1 oz (28 g), 2 oz (56 g), and 4 oz (113 g) options in glass jars. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to arrange for your caviar to be pasteurized.
