We’re excited to share that Robb Report has included Marky’s in their feature about the 20 Most Anticipated Restaurant Openings in the U.S. This Year! This recognition reflects our unwavering dedication to catering to the most sophisticated tastes of chefs, professionals, connoisseurs, and gourmet enthusiasts.

Huso, New York City

The feature highlights Huso, the fine-dining concept by two-time Top Chef champion Chef Buddha Lo, co-owned with Marky’s Caviar.

  • Located in Tribeca, this new restaurant will offer a spacious setting for Lo’s seasonal tasting menu, with its well-equipped kitchen, stylish decoration, and plenty of comfortable seating for our guests.
 
  • It will also host a new retail outpost of our family-owned gourmet food company, where visitors can buy a wide selection of our best products—including premium caviars from our own Sturgeon Aquafarms.


We expect to open the restaurant's doors to customers very soon, but if you can't wait much longer, visit the Marky's Caviar retail side to get some caviar that  is We’re thrilled to embark on this new journey soon and look forward to sharing our passion for culinary excellence with you!
