The company sources honey from top beekeepers across the peninsula and produces delicious turrón and Mediterranean nuts using locally sourced ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through five generations. 

Alemany’s homogenized and filtered Honey with Turmeric is crafted using Spanish honey and turmeric sourced from outside the EU. This blend delivers an herbaceous aroma and smooth sweetness balanced with musky, slightly bitter, and peppery notes. The turmeric not only adds depth to the natural flavor of the honey but also gives it an appealing light amber to dark yellow color.

Honey may crystallize over time. To return it to a liquid state, gently warm it in a bain-marie. For the best experience with this turmeric-infused honey, use it while it's liquid and try the following:

  • As a sweetener: use it as a natural sweetener in tea, warm water, milk, or oatmeal, to add both flavor and color.
