This is in comparison to 5 kg of olives for every liter of oil for common producers. The aroma is that of Green Apple, Herbs, Green Tomato, Almond y Green Banana, recalls to Olive Leaf. The flavor is complex and elegant with very light bitterness and a pungent finish with the slight flavor of cayenne and green almond.
