Almond Polvoron, 300 g

The Polvorón is a commonly small cake of flour, butter and sugar, cooked in a strong oven and undone in powder when eaten. Today it is a typical product of Christmas pastries in Spain and many Spanish-speaking places. It is called Polvorón because when you add the flour it looks like there is dust on top of the candy.
