First, cut the peeled potatoes into thin rounds. Place some of them in circles into a preheated skillet, coated with melted butter, to make the first layer. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat the same with the rest. Fry for 5-7 minutes, until the lower layer gets golden. Using two spatulas carefully turn the potatoes. Fry for 10-12 minutes more. Transfer the galette from the skillet onto a plate and let cool for 10 minutes. Smear creme fraiche over the potatoes. Top with the fish slices. Cut the galette into wedges and serve.
