Premium loin of Scottish Salmon smoked over oak and beech wood - 5.3 oz/150 gr by Pinneys of Scotland, Scotland.
The master smokers mild smoked salmon is the finest quality responsibly farmed salmon from the clear coastal waters of the Highlands of Scotland. Filleted and spread with sea salt to cure, they then kiln-smoke over gently smouldering oak and beech wood to produce that mellow flavor known and loved the world over. This smoked salmon is ready to eat, and enjoyed at its best when opened and left a room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
To serve, slice across the loin in slices of about 1 cm thick. Great on blinis with crme fraiche orsimpley on its own with some lemon and cracked black pepper.
