Pickled White Anchovy Fillets in Olive Oil - 6.4 oz/180 gr by Kiele, Spain.
Anchovy fillets are cleaned by hand and marinated in vinegar, water, and salt. With the fine and smooth taste of vinegar, these anchovy fillets can be consumed directly or seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Kiele's product is made only with fresh anchovies from the Mediterranean, Cantabrian, and Atlantic in a traditional manner to ensure that it fulfills consumer expectations about quality and taste. Kiele uses only natural food preservatives (oil, salt and vinegar) to preserve their anchovies. These white anchovies come ready to eat and can be used in salads or entrees, or served as an appetizer or side dish.
