Pork loin is a cut of meat from a pig, created from the tissue along the top of the rib cage. Pluma Iberica de Bellota - Feather Loin Muscle is really tender and juicy meat from special acorn fed breed of pigs.
The meat obtained from the Ibérico pig is absolutely exquisite, and more so if we refer to those fed on acorns during the montanera period. Thanks to its marbled fat, it simply melts in your mouth, giving rise to an incomparable sensation that seems to transport you to the dehesa. This is the reason why some lesser cuts and forms that lack culinary value from other pig breeds actually take on rare gastronomic value when obtained from the Ibérico pig.
