This artisanal mild chorizo is made from the Iberico pig of Spain. The meat is seasoned with natural spices, resulting in a unique product of juiciness and flavor. This chorizo is cured for 1 month using artisanal methods.

In 1956, in the medieval village of La Alberca (Salamanca), Fermín, a small family business was born. For more than 60 years, Fermín has been producing the highest quality lbérico products in the world. Located in the Sierra de Francia, at over 1000 meters of elevation in the heart of a National Park declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, this small village has the perfect microclimate for ham products to dry and age naturally. Fermín pigs stand out for being healthy, well-cared for and happy animals. Combined with our artisanal production methods, this results in an exclusive, top-quality product.
