Hungarian Winter Dry Salami is and ode to the century-old salami tradition of téliszalámi. A simple yet flavorful favorite that has been on Hungarian apetizer plates for decades.

Hungarian Winter Dry Salami has a traditional flavors téliszalámi is known for. It is crafted from whole muscle cuts of the finest Bershire pork. We use lots of white pepper and allspice to flavor the meat. The salami is slow cured and allowed to dry for several weeks until the spice permeate the meat.
