Pico is a soft, goat's milk cheese from France. This cheese is produced from goat milk of the highest quality hailing from the mountains of the Ardeche and Drome regions of France. Pico is mild, matured, smooth, with a slightly typical goat taste. It has a creamy surface and a firm, melty center. In a pyrograved bo and wraped in special paper, the cheese undergoes a progressive maturing. Its name comes from old french and means "sour". One unit in wooden box, 3.5 oz/100 gr.
