Matured Sheep Cheese

CHEESE: Matured Sheep Cheese - lactose free

Rind: semi hard, white colour, natural, marked and well-defined rind.
Paste: firm and compact, it may show small-medium size holes throughout all over the cut. White colour
Colour: white.
Texture: greasy paste and very soluble
Aroma/taste/persistence: Raw sheep milk, with a slight acidity.

Conservation: Preserve it in a dry fresh place. Recommended conservation temperature 4-8oC.
Usage: Lift the cheese out of the fridge and leave it until it reaches approx. 20oC allowing the flavours and aromas to show their intensity.
Consumption of its rind is not recommended.

It does not contain additives (lisozima), which is suitable for allergic to egg. Suitable for celiac people because it does not
contain Gluten. Suitable for lactose intolerants because it is lactose free.

Ingridients: Sheep milk, Salt, Rennet, Lactic cultures, Rose pepper

None of the raw materials or ingredients used in the making of this product have been ionized or obtained from GMO. WITHOUT ANY ADDITIVES.
