Torta Elite Gorgonzola DOP and Mascarpone is a combination of the creamy and sophisticated texture of gorgonzola and the softness of mascarpone. This combination creates a delicate cake that brings freshness to the palate. This cheese "cake" can be served on its own, as an appetizer, or spread on bread, or added to salads or pasta. Cut cheese, up to 3 lb.

Ingredients:
- Gorgonzola and Mascarpone
- EVOO - 2-3 tbs
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- anchovie - 3 fillets
- black olives - as much as you wish
- fresh tomatoes - 2-3
- Mediterranio Mix
- pasta
- parmesan
Boil pasta and leave some water for the sauce. Heat frying pan. Add olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped anchovies, chopped olives. Mix. Add chopped tomatoes and Mediterranio Mix. Stir for 2 min. Add some water from the boiling pasta. Boil for 2 more min. Add cheese and fresh basil. Serve with grated parmesan.
