Wasabi Sushi Caviar description:
The Capelin caviar is also known as Masago or Sushi caviar because it is widely used in traditional Japanese cuisine to make certain types of sushi. This product is harvested in the cold sea waters at Iceland and is preserved by pure sea salt. It can be smoked or spiced with different flavors and one of them is the Tobiko (Japanese for Capelin roe) with hot wasabi - a traditional Japanese spice that gives the light and tiny eggs bright green color and strong spicy taste. The "chewy" structure of the eggs that burst with salty juice gives a special feeling while eating the sushi.
IMPORTANT: Keep Frozen at or below -18℃, keep frozen until used, thaw under refrigeration immediately before use
