Tobiko Orange, Flying Fish Roe Caviar description:
Tobico is originally used in Japanese cuisine for certain types of sushi but due to its great taste, color and structure it is also widely used in continental cuisine to garnish both cold and cooked dishes like salads, pastas, risottos and others. This type of roe has its natural orange color just a little bit intensified with the flavoring ingredients. These small fish eggs have firm structure with pronounced sea flavor.
