Taramosalata Greek Style Carp Caviar Spread

One of the essences of traditional Greek cuisine is the Taramasalata — a Greek style spread made of salted Carp Caviar ground with wholesome canola oil, lemon juice and Mediterranean herbs. This dip is often to see on the appetizer table both at the family dinner and in the tavern with some crisp pita or crackers accompanied with some ouzo or Retsina wine.
