Ginger Sushi Caviar

Capelin Sushi Caviar - Masago Ginger

Masago - that's how the Japanese call the capelin roe they use to complete certain types of sushi. This roe comes from a smal fish from the cold North-Athlantic Ocean waters around the Iceland and is immediately frozen after processing of the fresh catch of Capelin. Delicate yet refreshing flavor of these tiny grains makes it a great choice for garnishing the dishes in continental cuisine and sushi. Addition of ginger gives this roe a very special spicy taste that perfectly fits the Japanese cuisine and is a great ingredient for creation of some new dishes in the continental cuisine or garnishing delicacies. These light and tiny "chewy" eggs are originally of golden yellow color with glossy look.

IMPORTANT: Keep Frozen at or below -18℃, keep frozen until used, thaw under refrigeration immediately before use
