FEATURES
The eggs of Black American Bowfin Caviar (Cajun name "Choupique caviar") range from a dark brown to jet black color. The pearls are small and filled with a mindly tangy flavor. While it does not come from a Sturgeon, this caviar is still known for its price and quality.
