2. Please note that additional documentation will be required such as:
a. A Copy of the cancelled CITES export or re-export document issued by the appropriate CITES office in the country from which the wildlife was imported
b. A copy of the cleared Wildlife Declaration (Form 3-177)
c. A copy of the importer's documents outlined above and the Invoice or other document that shows you acquired the wildlife from the original importer or history of transactions that demonstrate chain of ownership

4. Click on the link for the species that you are purchasing to access a PDF version of CITES and 3-177 forms which you can print out and attach to your application
5. If you do not see the species you are purchasing, please contact Marky's and we will be glad to supply you with this information.
