Livio Pesle has selected a very good Modena Balsamic Vinegar, produced by a small farm which utilizes only the juice of their grapes produced in the area of Modena. Using Italian wine as a base for his inspiration, Pesle then adds fine Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to the mix. This dark gelatin condiment is made from wines from the region of Friuli, cultivated in his own vineyards. Perfect with parmesan chese, roasted meats or fish carpaccio. Artfully packaged, it also makes a lovely Italian gift.
Ingredients: Premium balsamic vinegar of Modena, grapemust, dealcolized red wine, cane sugar, apple pectin, E150a.
