| Duties/ Responsibilities: |
|
- Keep company president's agenda updated
- Coordinate Travel arrangements
- Coordinate marketing and public relations events
- Create and distribute marketing materials for new and existing products
- Correspond with product distributers, current customers, and potential customers
- Write press releases, national food publications, and local publications
- Compose company letters to various vendors, clients, and potential investors
- Organizing the company's exhibition in domestic and international trade shows
- Cataloging and recording information regarding sturgeon at the company's aquaculture facility.
- Answering phones
- Forwarding faxes
- Order printed materials such as business cards, signs, brochures, packaging, labels and invoices for marketing purposes
Requirements:
- Bachelors' Degree in Business or Marketing or related field
- Advanced computer software: Microsoft Office Suite especially publisher, excel, and word.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Accountability, professionalism and respect for customers, employees, and suppliers
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively, with an ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
