South Florida Whole Foods Markets are collaborating with Marky’s Caviar of Miami on a series of two-hour classes showcasing farm-raised caviars and benefiting Mote Marine, a nonprofit aquafarm in Sarasota. Featured fish eggs include those from Mote and Sturgeon Aquafarms, a Florida Panhandle facility owned by Marky’s that’s dedicated to extracting and repopulating Caspian Sea beluga, osetra and sevruga sturgeon for U.S. farming.
