Chef Davide Piana becomes the first new addition to the Marky's team, and brings with him over 19 years of experience in cuisine, catering and professional kitchen management. Coming to Marky's from Sardinia Restaurant on Miami Beach, Davide has an exquisite and highly evolved palate that lends itself to extensive creativity in menu creation and preparation. As such, Marky's believes Davide will be able to reach out to others in support of Marky's gourmet food line of over 600 varieties of products that includes caviar, foie gras, truffles, smoked salmon, cheese, charcuterie, oils and vinegars, spices, and chocolates just to name a few.
In addition to new team additions, Marky's also plans to focus not only on ultra-gourmet items, such as caviar and foie gras, but also high quality broad line products to better suit customer's needs.
