MIAMI, May 30, 2007: Patrick Bachelier, Corporate Chef at Marky's and Alain Rougie, from Rougie Foie Gras jointly gave a seminar foie gras in the island of St-Thomas.
This, organized by Merchant Market, Marky's distributor in St-Thomas was well attended with approximately 65 participants representing 25 businesses (hotels, gourmet markets, restaurants and catering companies) and was part of Mr. Bachelier's regular route for Marky's in the Caribbean.
