Delice d'Argental - 120145
From the Burgundy region in France, this triple-creme cheese has extra cream added to make it a unapologetically rich treat. The flavor is smooth and delicate. Try this one with some Prosecco - a perfect treat in the afternoon heat. Available by pre-order, please ask your sales representative for availability.
Maytag Blue - 123020
Yes, from the company that makes washers and dryers. Maytag Farms, in Iowa, began producing cheese from their award winning herd of Holstein cows in 1941. Each wheel is handmade and aged to perfection.
Pecorino Foglie di Noce - 121403
A farmhouse sheep's milk cheese from Emilia Romagna, Italy that is aged in walnut leaves in ventilated caves to enhance its flavor. The result is slightly peppery and nutty cheese. Enjoy this with olives and a glass of Chianti.
Pata de Cabra - 121450
This is a unique goat's milk cheese from Zaragosa, Spain. Made in the shape of a "Pata de Mulo", brick, it is a washed rind cheese which is wonderful both when young as well as when it is aged. It is quite pungent yet smooth.
